Our Warranties
Every job we complete is backed by our 2-year written labor warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties on your products.
Peace of Mind on Every Project
When you invest in new windows, a new roof, or new siding, you want to know it’s going to last, and that someone will stand behind it if something isn’t right. At Windows & More, we take that responsibility seriously.
Every project you complete with us is protected in two ways. First, our own 2-year written labor warranty covers the workmanship of our installation. Second, the products themselves carry separate warranties from their manufacturers. Together, these give you protection on both the quality of the installation and the quality of the materials.
It’s important to understand that these are two different warranties, with different coverage and different time periods. This page explains how each one works so you know exactly what to expect.
Our 2-Year Written Labor Warranty
Every installation Windows & More completes comes with a 2-year written labor warranty. This warranty covers our workmanship, meaning the way your products were installed by our team.
What it covers: Defects in our installation workmanship for two years from the completion of your project. If a problem is caused by the way we installed your windows, roof, siding, doors, patio cover, or gutters, we’ll come back and make it right at no charge for labor.
Examples of installation issues the labor warranty is designed to address:
A window or door that was not properly sealed and is letting in water or air because of how it was installed
Flashing or trim that was installed incorrectly
Siding panels that loosen because of improper fastening
Gutters that pull away or don't drain properly because of installation errors
What it does not cover
Our labor warranty does not cover product defects, which fall under the manufacturer’s warranty. It also generally does not cover damage from storms, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, alterations made by others, or normal wear and tear.
Manufacturer Warranties
The products we install, including windows, shingles, siding, entry doors, storm doors, and gutter products, come with warranties from the companies that make them. These warranties cover defects in the products themselves.
They are separate from our labor warranty.
Proper installation matters.
Coverage varies by product.
Coverage details matter.
Registration may be required.

Why Our Warranty Matters
A warranty is only as good as the company behind it. Windows & More has served Central Arkansas since 1993, with local offices in Cabot and Hot Springs. We’re not a fly-by-night crew that disappears after the job is done. We’ll be here to answer your questions and stand behind our work long after installation day.
Warranty FAQs
No. Our 2-year written labor warranty covers our installation workmanship. Manufacturer warranties cover the products and have their own terms and lengths.
It begins when your project is completed.
Some manufacturers require registration. Your consultant will let you know and provide the information you need.
Storm damage is typically covered by homeowners insurance rather than labor or product warranties. We can help inspect and document the damage.
Transferability depends on the specific warranty. Ask us about your labor warranty and check each manufacturer's terms for product warranties.
